The hoops we have to jump through for a shotgun are unreal. The hoops for any rifle are just unfair!!
Republic is probably worse unless you live way out in the country and being to a gun club.
Side note due to the extreme lack of guns and trained Garda on how to use firearms. There is a mass panic within the police force in regards to dealing with a Paris like attach from religious loonies. It's so bad the government is taking UK anti terror squad cops and dressing them up as local Irish police. Because they're actually qualified.

Couldn't agree more. I loved my Joy Angel. Rail gun, and one of the easiest guns to snap shoot with. Also the gun Max said he liked the most of all their custom guns. This Joy, a 114ci tank, and 14 pods plus the EGGY and I in 7 man games. It was heaven. Total mobile machine gun.
Going by the movies, the long term survivors never seem to use firearms - it's always baseball bats (cricket bats on this side of the pond), crowbars and axes.
