not sure if i've misunderstood your question, but MS10 is the ramp setting according to millennium rules and with a rate of fire cap of 10 balls per second.

i mean the ramp settings start times ROF cap etc

Will it set the gun to 10.5 or just 10 and will the ramp start be after 3 or 5 etc

Its a question ive been asked and i dont pick my CS1 up till next weekend

If it's like my LV1, it's 10.5, and ramp after 3 as per the rules. I went in and tweaked mine to 10.2 and ramp after 5. So I don't get in any issues with weird chronos.

At Basildon I saw a guy with a stock luxe have to use a backup gun because the refs swore it was ramping too soon, even on stock settings. So better safe than sorry.

Ive read the manual online and it suggests that is 2010 MS rules ( Just cant find anywhere what the settings where at that time )

I'm not sure what you are asking but my CS1 on MS10 has the setting 10bps, 3 semi shots, 5 kicks in and sustain.
