Guys, I haven't got anything invested in the UWL other than trying to ensure nobody else loses money at the hands of barnett.
I don't mind helping nudge things along but if you feel it's that critical that you find out right now then I can only suggest you message Tommy and ask him yourself.
If you decide you wish to chance your arm with barnett , then go for it, you pays your money, you takes your choice.
If it were me, I'd wait and see what happens, there's absolutely no rush at this time and I'd rather put my money in the new promoter's pocket than chance losing it to barnett.

I'm not really sure why people are paying UWL fees now. I mean isn't the first event like 4 months away? I'm not plonking down CPPS or Mills $$ for their events next year yet. So I don't think it impacts as many people as you'd think.

I'm getting a bit sick of this, the people that are moaning about Tom not announcing anything then tough luck. 99% of us have a job and life outside of Paintball. Tom as Robbo has said is flying all over the place trying to find him some decent sites for his events.
Look at all the other UK event organisers, how many want your money 4/5 months in advance ?? I play Bricketwood and Yorkie normally gets deposits and monies approx a month beforehand !
Surely everyone can see that tb and snoreline know they are busted and as no announcement has been made yet then they are chancing their arm and just trying to line their pockets. If you dont know by now that this person and his companies are BAD then where have you been hiding ???
Robbo knows everyone in the industry and is helping Tom and other parties to get together to create the UWL event. I'm sure that once an announcement is made everyone will be really happy - if on the other hand you want to play woods and dont want to go UWL then there are other events and the scenario scene and magfed are getting better and better.

Well, I'm glad Phil and others made the points I was skirting around because I really can't see why people were moaning when there's absolutely no time-pressure at all.
Everyone knows the score and if you feel you need to make a decision now, then by all means, jump on barnett 's bandwagon and roll the dice .... Let's see how that works out for you.

All the big game organisers have early bird/cheaper tickets on sale months before the event.
From an outsiders point of view. If after all of this you're willing to put money into tb's pocket then;
A. You reap what you sow
B. Toms announcement won't make any difference anyway.
