From the photo galleries for SG I've seen, beside the UWL the majority appear to show an event that looks like a pretty typical walk-on. Not really any of the sort of huge crowds you'd see at NvS or PF

Bully needs to pull the plug and get it back to its best. I know dozens of players who would return.
If Steve did listen to the baying mob and take it back over, then he'd definitely make a huge difference to its attendances ...we can live in hope ......

I've been given an account of a confrontation between one of Gino's 'representatives' and our friend barnett.
As some of you may know, barnett is in canada at flag raiders where he is co-promoting an event.
Whilst out at a restaurant for dinner, barnett was talking bollox with some of the flag raiders guys when the door to the restaurant opens:-
Gino's man walks into restaurant, suprises barnett by walking up to the table as he's having dinner with the guys from flag raiders and a few others...
Valken man-'why don't you and I go for a walk'.
Tim: no, why don't we just sit down here and talk
Valken man: OK, you owe me 61grand, when do I get my money?
Tim: lets just sit down and have a beer
Valken man: I didn't come here to drink beer with you.
Tim: Can we go to another table to talk?
Tim then goes on to explain that legally he doesn't owe the money but Valken man explains that its not like Tim has a board of directors, it's just him, and he owes the money.

Chapter two will be posted as and when.
I don't think this ends well for barnett somehow.
Barnett is now facing up to the fact that there are very real consequences to his behaviour.
I did say that when barnett decided to screw Gino for 60 grand, it was the biggest mistake he's made.
He'll now be realising the gravitas of his decision to screw Gino.

I'm gonna love reading how barnet tries to lie his way out of this .... After all, everything I have accused barnet of, he's told everyone I'm lying or everybody is ganging up on him in some grand conspiracy.

We should all get together and make it the biggest stargate thats ever happened if Bully does take it back 100%.

I think we should start a campaign to 'Clean up our sport' and get Steve Bull to take over a rebirth of Staargate..... if only :/
But if you guys can get enough of you together to make a difference then nobody can stop you, least of all, someone like barnett.
Bully gets my vote - he's honest, he's fair and has the best interests of paintball close to his heart.
And more importantly, he hasn't screwed anybody for money, all of us in the industry respect and like him and so it's a no-brainer to advocate he takes over the reins of Staargate.
Sometimes in life, good people win, and our sport would most definitely win if Bully took over ..... fingers crossed !!
