No
You will want pod packs (and pods)
But should be able to use site rental ones
Padded gear is not essential
It took me 10 years to get a bounce vest
You will want loose clothing, the more you wear the hotter you will be, but with a t shirt and something baggy you should be.good
Depending on your lady wife's personal circumstances she may wish to avoid her prettiest light lacy bra and go for a sports bra/big chunky padded bra
Again site gear is worthwhile, they will probably have bounce vests recommended for ladies
Take the opportunity to talk to all the other walkons and check out their gear
Don't forget some form of gloves, ideally fingerless to let you in the trigger
Finger shots are the worst, and gloves also look after your hands in the bushes

You might also want to consider padded jerseys instead of a bounce more for you than the wife as bit cooler but still takes the sting out the hit.
