Do you know what's happening if we've already ordered the parts? I think it was the 6th of March that I paid and haven't had an email yet to say its been dispatched.

Big thanks to @Nicky T at Paintfest.

My Spire has been hit a few times which resulted in the jewel, springs and bottom of the switch being broken.

Nicky T got the spire, fitted the service kit and now its looking good, working great and being used tomorrow.
