over the chrono my 12s velocity seems to be inconsistent jumping between 313 and 267
It's got a new battery In it
All oring are in good condition and correctly lubed
Lpr settings are 4 and a half turns out
Hpr setting are 5 and abit turns out
Paint is gi 3 star in good condition



Any suggestions would be appreaciated

Sounds like both regs need a service - new seats in both adjusters.

did you set the HPR or the LPR down while there was pressure on your DM? That can destroy your reg seats cause you screw metal against rubber.
I would say the same like ash, check the seats again, if they are fine my next step would be checking the paint size, about 50 fps is normaly the paint

i degas the gun and wait for the pressure to be released till i make changes to the hpr or lpr
i tried the paint in a different gun with the same barrel and the fps jump wasn't as much as the 12
i am at training with ash on sat so if its still acting up then we can think of something
