Forums very slow / Error

Hey, for quite a while now the forums have been very slow for me, although I do not know why. It also only seems to only be slow when I'am logged into my account. Sometimes I get this error aswell:

"The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console."

Wondering If a mod or anyone could help me with this problem.
