Not had this issue but some of my mates have even though they haven't posted on there for a while. Very strange
It's not with regard to specific people, we've had some particularly extensive spam attacks again and the IP blocking got a bit out of hand so the innocent may suffer.
If they still can't get it then get them to identify their IPs.

That relates to your specific connection and bad men could theoretically use it to get after you

Can you check if your IP is still in the range below, or give us the new range if it's been renewed to a different IP by your provider?
There's nothing in the logs since before about the original range
There hasn't been any recent ban activity on those addresses, so that looks like the range was affected previously and your address has been reset by your provider into it
That BT range is now enabled & you should have access
