Tell PayPal that it was a paintball gun that way it will go in your favor as they are not covered by the buyers protection policy

Sorry to go off track and derail but say you purchase a marker through paypal,
Pay for it then never receive ,so you put a claim in and say then the seller states to paypal it was sent but also it was a paintball marker also
Now does this make your claim as a buyer void ?

Yes. Paypal is based in the republic of Ireland and governed by their laws so they cannot provide a facility for the purchase of firearms, which includes paintball markers in Ireland.

I've responded to paypal now
