Out of the two, the G6R is very, very good - probably the best poppet on the market in terms of smoothness and efficiency.

However, the VCOM is both a spool and a poppet depending on the engine you use. So it can be as smooth as butter (spool) or more efficient (poppet) - even the poppet is super-smooth!

Hi @gooner. Just to say if it has not been sold then I can fully recommend @foot as a seller. You know me and my markers and how well I look after them and the condition I kept them in and my creed, demon and GEO 3 all came courtesy of purchases from @foot.
