You need to have made 20 constructive posts to gain access to the classified section mate, there's a post pinned in there with the rules which you should read...

Having said that, looking at your recent posts, you've unlocked it now anyway!

I believe even after getting 20 "constructive" posts you still need a Moderator to approve your status.

Shops are available, and you have a few choices

1) buy from a shop
2) buy from elsewhere - other forum, Facebook, etc
3) contribute to the foum and make 20 posts
4) buy platinum membership
