For the people who cannot change there Hotel booking, Skimish Warminster are going to run a walk-on on the Sat, All of Universal Exports team are going as we cannot change our hotel so its a case of use it or lose it!

Do Going postal require people to make contact for their refunds or are they sorting this out internally through transaction receipts etc

They may reverse the payments from their websites ecommerce/PayPal etc

Strictly speaking you don't need to use Facebook, just monitor their page as if it's a webpage, that way you can keep up to date

An update from Postal on refunds - there is a maximum daily limit on PayPal, refunds are being processed but to get them all complete will take a further week

Dear All,
The refunds for "12" are currently being processed however they are taking slightly longer than expected. We seem to hit a daily limit on paypal at which point we cannot do anymore until the next day. This will mean that refunds will take about a week longer than expected. Please bare with us. It is a somewhat frustratingly slow process.

Thank you for keeping people updated and informed Tom.

The last of the refunds shall be done within the next few weeks. But as has been stated due to PayPal being a pain we've had a limit per day of refunds we can make. That mixed with general other issues it has been a long process but we are finally getting to the end.

We thank everyone for their patience at this time and hope everyone has been understanding.
We are looking for alternate options from Paypal in the future due to how aggravating this process has been this time.
