The problem at first was that pulling the trigger wouldn't shoot. You can hear a faint sound probably from the Low Pressure side, it doesn't fully cycle the pressure for the ball. I took out the Bolt and the Inline regulator, cleaned and greased. It then worked better for a while. I also bumped dwell a little up as well.
During last weekend's tournament it would have the same problem every time the marker hadn't fired for 5-10 minutes. Just ramping the trigger for couple of seconds would get it working normally again. Funny, it was during the last game of the day it decided to not work again. To me, it sounds like the bolt etc is jamming a bit and giving it a little more air makes it move again.
Any other ideas besides cleaning the regulator and bolt? Might it be because of a new, out of the box, marker? 10k shot count at the moment.
