We're in Britain and can get wet, people also play in Canada in all weathers.

Prepare and plan appropriately for the weather and its all fine.
A bit of rain will have no impact.

More rain can mean thinking about it:

Look after your paint - no matter the weather don't open every bag straight away. Open one bag at a time and pod up.

If you have a speedfeed get the normal lid back on, (if you fitted a speedfeed you of course did keep an eye on the lid and spring etc, keeping them in your gearbag.

If you have a barrel insert set etc then take into account that the size of the balls may vary more during the day from moisture in the atmosphere.

Some people may cover up the porting in the barrel.

Ignore 'rain covers'. They are a euphamism for suppressors in the US.

If your gun is decently maintained, and you close the grip properly your circuit boards and batteries will stay dry unless in a major storm or under water.

Have spare dry / clean / warm clothes to go home in, have spare clothes to play in if palying over time in bad weather.

Have a peak on your mask.
I forgot that one!

Peaks get removed or left off goggles either to be agg - not knowing why, and then fogging up when it's wet, or for function in the right conditions

When it gets wet without a peak the slots above your lens for ventilation let the water in, put the peak back on and it keeps the water away

But accept that there is a greater chance of fogging, and deal with that appropriately

Idealy leave your lens alone, only rinsing it clean and using a microfibre sparingly (and not on the inside)
This leaves whatever anti fogging alone to do its job, but one day it will give up or the conditions are too bad. Be ready with a decent anti fog such as 'zero fog' or 'cat crap'

I've never understood removing peaks for anything other than uber competative play anyway, they stop you getting shot in the forehead!

Nah I don't think removing peaks is "agg" anymore, in fact even agg died along time ago. Peaks are coming back. I use mine all year round. I should probably change my picture to reflect that..

Sunny: Wear a peak to block the sun
Raining: Wear a peak to stop the rain getting into the vents
Overcast: Wear a peak so you look cool for the ladies

Peaks are functional all year round!
