and it's only been opened to see what's inside, never used.

It is brand new still with original red energiser battery, and on/off replacement.
I seem to remember it being a 20bps frame I will check for certain tomorrow.

Swe it is a 20bps frame as the instructions state you can set it to fire 1-20 bps.
