Always my walking boots, even if there's lots of running involved I always favor them for the support that they give over trainers ect.

If its wet and boggy (The norm down here) I wear a pair of Rockport boots there waterproof, light weight, anke support, comfy and flexible what more could you ask for? There expensive but you can normally pick up good offers on them. If its dry I just put on one of my many pair of trainers

For me its got to be american football cleats. Comfy, some ankle support and more studs than a piercing studio. Never slipped with those bad boys on.
