Just a point with the case being imminent, early on when the police became involved (called in by the alleged fraudulent buyer - or his mother) selected contents of the thread were shown to the police as evidence of internet bullying, (things such as 'popcorn', name calling and offers to visit)
the forum owners were asked to withdraw the thread

With this in mind do be careful what comments are made
For the majority of us this is a matter of 'news' regarding the events around a purchase with the intent to defraud with non delivery, possibly the intent all of the time but also possibly opportunistic taking advantage of the fact that the sender originally mentioned losing the proof of postage for tracking
Mysteriously getting lost in the post when the tracking information was missing, but when found and proof of delivery identified it was all a mistake signed for by his father without telling him it had arrived

We done want to make remarks that will allow the option of the defendant saying it was all a simple mistake and then everyone was horrible and I'm just a kid and everyone is a big bully, can you let me off or can I pay 10p a week from my pocket money etc

The thread will be updated when there is information on the court hearing, results etc
Please think twice before commenting

documented issues in that particular area.but it must be said well done to the mods for their efforts in bringing this
obnoxious oik to face the music.i just hope our judicial system meets out a reasonable punishment and not just a stiff telling off if he promises to be a good boy.

Great read that guys. Nice to see the community pull together and do everything in their power to bring this matter to rest.

A particular tip of the hat to the excellent mods who have given more than enough chances for the individual to resolve this before it became a legal issue. Excellent work guys.

I've spent an hour and a half reading through this. It amazes me just how things start to unravel and escalate. Each week more things being revealed about his scamming antics. He really is very stupid for not taking the easy way, and fessing up and returning what he's taken.
I'm so proud to be apart of such a fantastic forum, and community!

Have any of the recent posts realy contributed to the thread?

Think about what you post - it's not a general remark as part of a conversation - it's publishing your comment to the world
I'm sure if there was any issue with comments being posted, the mods would let the users who posted said comments know.
