What 'Really grinds your gears'?

As for what gets my back up is when they close a duel carriage way and then decide that a mile into a bad diversion,they decide that they will close that route aswell for some roadworks that had to be planned at the same time,leading to miles of trying to find a way round,all when you are only 7 miles from home but no roads actually go the direction that you need :-(

Having a 3 year old daughter who wants everything in the world to be the colour pink,when i do get a day off to unwind with my friends it's the last colour i want to see on a game field.

The fact that I'm expected at work to take on everyone elses jobs when they're busy/ off and drop my own, then complained at for not doing my own. Also! When I'm off work, my job isn't covered and when I do come back I'm bombarded with all my work to catch up on plus everyone elses work they couldnt be bothered to do while I was off.
It's all ASAP and they all think that what they want me to do should be first. #cantwin
