Anyone know what sizes these measure up to?

Most I can find in the UK are all L upwards, are these for Giant Yanks or will they fit regular humans?

If you are unsure about sizes, with jerseys go a size higher.
Baggyness is cool.
Im 5' 10" small frame and wear XL sometimes XXL
