You could take 10% of that video thats sort of useful at a VERY basic level. As for the correct things to do, it doesnt explain very well all that much. For example "switching hands" he doesnt say how he does it, he just roughly shows it twice and talks about practising it on a sofa.

yes, learn from Pro videos/players/games. Kuwaiti amateurs are not the way forward its very easy to pick up bad habits, and very hard to lose them. Play the best you can and train with better. Better to do three Pro clinics all year, than to train by yourself every weekend, especially at the lower levels.
