Not illegal, or at best, highly unlikely to be illegal.
Naming them might be though, unless you are 100% sure that they are guilty of what you accuse them of (see #3 on my original list).

As Missy says, I can't be ****ed with getting specific in a public forum and getting swept up completely into paintball politics. I'm little more than a geek who spends far too much time on the internet, no ulterior motives or vested interests. Along with others I've tried my best to alert the appropriate parties in privacy and I'm gonna leave it at that.

The short of it for us ballers is common f'in sense, only buy and wear fully integrated googles with facemasks specifically designed for paintball made by reputable brands and from established retailers.
