Facebook posts that hint vaguely at some great drama or crisis without explaining it and are obviously just there to get everyone else to ask what's wrong. Just **** off....

And, on the subject of FB, people who put up those posts/photos along the lines of "I'm me, I don't care what anyone else thinks"
Have they ever considered that they might just be a tosser and should take account of what everyone else thinks in a big way...? I mean, how can you go through life genuinely not caring what anyone else thinks?

Not illegal, or at best, highly unlikely to be illegal.
Naming them might be though, unless you are 100% sure that they are guilty of what you accuse them of (see #3 on my original list).
