as the gray NT had any work done one it, it dont look standard to me, battleship gray is not a dye colour

And you should probly read the ms/psp rules

i dont play ms/psp so reading all the rules is point less, you could just say what the reason is

Lots of paint is yellow or orange filled
So yellow and orange are banned for kit or equipment

I believe that orange kit/equipment is now allowed for 2014.
