I feel that it has to now, seeing as it was an infinite amount more likely than the Millenniums releasing an up to date rule book

Just started to read it and got as far as decorum, the preds and ironmen and NWC would have been banned for just the 2nd page. I guess y'all not allowed to have fun anymore :-(
