Once again even though I don't like darts I have to disagree with Harbringer. You have to understand that any sport requires lots of practice in order to increase your skill level. The same can be said about snooker for example, that it's just practice. Even games like rugby require practice and the majority of the performances they make are coordinated and pre-meditated actions that have been rehearsed so that they can cope with the majority of situations in a controlled manner. In saying all this from what I've seen of it through my dad, darts has had a massive change since the aforementioned re-imagining of it by sky. They don't drink whilst playing now hahaha

Maybe paintball would be accepted if we adopt the fashion for nicknames on player shirts

For example

Andy 'The Pie Man' Smith
Phil 'The Power' Taylor
Jerry 'Hot Dog' Hendriks
Dennis 'The Menace' Priestley
Steve 'The Muffin Man' Hine
Matt 'Pretty Boy' Padgett

A matching lame walk on tune might also score points
