News! No not much, the court has done a monumental cock up and not sent me the right paperwork!!

Bad news: Have to do some paperwork and get it fixed.
Good news: The costs are going up. I don't think Jamies mom is going to be much appreciative when the HCEO's go around demanding for £1000+ :)

Even if the little worm crawled out of his hole and offered the refund, so much time has passed and so much effort has now gone in I would advise no one to accept it.

I hope this runs into multiple £k's, his parents are obviously every bit as bad as he is. People like this will spend their lives trying to screw others over, getting nowhere and not even realising it.

Having worked for the court system for 5 yrs, this does not surprise me!
Having worked with the court system for 10 years is that they've admitted making a mistake instead of making the claimant pay for an application to correct the courts error.....

So out of curiosity this is a Civil Matter held at a Magistrates court infront of 3 Justices? Or am I way off?

(Edit: Or a Small Claims Court - If the final sum's below £500?)
