Forum very slow when logged in , Help !!!

Hi Mods, I dont know why but everything i do when I'am logged into the forums runs very very slow, I can barley use the forums. When I'am not logged in though everything is normal, getting to this stage and posting took me about 30 mins.

Its something to do with my account i have just built a new PC and i have the same problem there

what have you got open in the background, my guys at work constantly have utorrent open and seeding and downloading, when I close it my speed goes up from around 2gb to over 30gb.
Plus I've noticed with firefox lately it is dog slow, so I tend to use opera or chrome.
do a speedtest and see, it may also be your hub.

Not something we use to be honest, it's a simple case of if we don't like them we ban them
