I know two people with the new pulse loader and apparently they are just chopping balls ...

Spire and Pulse RDR work fine with re-balls. Never had a jam.
However, my Pulse RDR puts too much pressure on the ball stack with causes paint to break in the breach. Whack a Rotor / Spire on, all is good.
No way to adjust the stack tension in the menu - no instruction manual in the box or online - awaiting their support team to get back to me about fixing this as it is shocking at present.
Tried 4 or 5 brands of paint (GI Winter paint works better, but still 3 breach breaks out of 100ish balls) - FS, various Valken brands, Pure Ice etc

Also, some people are getting speed feeds included with their hoppers (as in, in the box - not as a promotion)... one guy had his delivered with no battery door.

Im guessing there will be a tension screw of some sort on the motor, saying that, the RDR was rush into production so perhaps that's what you get :/

Nope, no tension screw. Been speaking with Nick Slowiak from GI / Houston Heat and the pre-production software had a setting for altering the stack tension but it was removed on the final release, for some reason (from digging around, Nick and some others who were testing it had the same issue at World Cup and adjusting the ball stack tension on the board fixed it).

Their warranty team are posting me a brand new Pulse RDR out - apparently they have fixed my issues so rather than me return it, they are sending me a new one. Should be dispatched from their offices this week - so they are taking care of their customers, which is nice:)
