It's not just a question of age, it's also a question of ability in terms of my back. Unfortunately, copious amounts of morphine only take the edge off the pain

I've tried everything, trust me .... I'm gonna give Fentanyl a try seeing as it's supposed to be a hundred times more powerful than morphine - if it works, I'll consider playing and I will know by this time next week.I've probably got some drugs left over from the 90's that will sort your back out for the day

Actually, there's some new revolutionary treatment for chronic back pain and it's taking shed-loads of antibiotics for 3 months and that's what I'm doing now.
Unfortunately, it only works for a few but I've got my fingers crossed anyhows ...
