That's awesome! thanks Matt!@frobinson ... Come and have a chat with us at CPPS at the first event or training and we'll answer as many questions as we can to help you on your way.
Don't worry too much about brining pit crew. There's always an abundance of people willing to do it if you just ask, especially in the Euro legs.
Don't worry Matt, I'm pretty happy that we're sorted with what we're doing for London. We're leaving Edinburgh at like 3/4am on Friday so we should be down in time to get registered!Going back to the question regarding who goes through and how many games... At St Tropez this year only 8 teams went through to the finals from 5 groups rather than 16. It was pretty harsh imo. Now you know that WC is in Chantilly you best start planning. Its very easy to get to by car/van/minibus. I doubt that you have finances to stay in Chantilly itself... So you'll need transport in France.
As everyone has said do not leave it till Saturday to come down. Drive to Campaign on Friday... Goto the site.. Sort your passes.. Sign in.. Get wristbands... Sit back and watch some Pros... Walk the field.. Go to hotel... Lie staring at your ceiling for 8 hours unable to sleep... Then goto site for as early as possible. Do not rely on schedules. They run ahead and behind. You will NOT be babysat like at CPPS :-D
That's pretty much what we're planning Although we might opt for the eurotunnel instead...Leave Edinburgh on Thursday and stay in Dover on Thurs night. Premier Inns right there... Then leave Friday morning on the Ferry. Once you get off the Ferry it's a very easy drive to Chantilly. Far easier than getting to Paris.
