Out of Date air tank?

Basically, I've bought an air tank. Then I've noticed it's bloody out of date and needs testing.

Is it legal to sell a tank that's out of date?
Where can you get it tested? Prices etc

It's a carbon fibre 4500 PSI Tank with a reg and I paid £50 for it.

Any help will be hugely appreciated.

Happy days, he has done same day tests before so if you pre arrange it you will save yourself a extra journey

There are no legal requirements for selling them though most forums have their own rules regarding the sale of air systems.

Perfectly legal to sell it, but not on here as it's against site rules. The law prevents you from filling it, but not selling it...
