Okay so I'm very much an amateur in the paint balling scene. I need advice on what I need.
I've purchased a 3000psi Guerilla air bottle off of eBay for £30 (I'm starting to think it was a bad decision). Now I just need suggestions on mask and a hopper. Thing is I wear glasses so it's kinda hard to wear masks. Any masks you'd recommend I looked into purchasing? Taking into account the whole glasses situation.
And the hopper, I'm not really bothered about how fast it can load balls, I'm a chilled out paint baller who likes to take their time as a pose to spraying and praying. But something that looks great and is nicely priced.

If you've got any of this stuff above for sale, then feel free to let me know. I'm certainly in the market for it. Perhaps a higher PSI air bottle too.

I'm looking into getting a second hand Planet marker if that makes any difference

on the mask front i belive most modern goggles are designed to work with glasses i belive but i dont ware them so somewone else might be best to give you more info on that,

The bottle youve brought will be fine to get you going as most sites only fill to 3000psi its only when you go to big games and major tournaments you will see 4500 psi fills

as regards to a hopper build your posts up and check out the classified for a second hand reloader b, halo or rotor if budget allowes and you wont go far wrong

Mask wise i would advise something like proto axis or events because there larger round the face. I reccomend and tell a few people with glasses to purchase this.. Proto second hand will 20- 40

Hopper wise go for a halo v35.. Second hand will cost 35

Okay cheers mate. What's your thoughts on the air I've purchased? I know it's a bit vague but I've got a feeling it was an impulse buy now.

Okay that's alright then because I quite like the look of a few of those i4's! :p

Good the bottle is fine.
Theres a halo too hopper off of ebay for £57 inc P&P. Not sure if that's good value for money however.

Many paintballeres use a 3000psi tank.. They are in general heavier.. And they won't last as long.. But at the end of the day its a tank and it will allow you to fire a couple of hoppers full before you need a refil which should be fine.. And it sound alike your not gunna spray and pray so will be fine

A carbon tank would last longer and be lighter if you screw it onto the gun..

Okay thanks a lot for your knowledge :p
So the current tank is perfectly fine for what I plan to do (Casual) and a Halo hopper for £35.

Thanks again mate, appreciated! I'll keep my eyes open for the suggested mask and hopper.

Best thing to do is browse around and see what tickles your fancy. Set yourself a budget and stick to it, better yet get to a few walk ons and talk to people who bring their own kit. Ask questions, one thing ballers love more than playing, is talking! :D

You've made the right decision on air
Search my past posts and you will find the right reasons in detail for buying fibre

Regarding glasses it depends on your eyesight
'Larger' goggles will accommodate glasses, and the best advice is to try some on

Depending on your eyesight you may prefer to do without glasses
I have glasses for driving, but they are not a strong prescription so I can see, but a little off focus.
Paintballs don't always fire in a straight line so it's pretty standard to shoot and guide into place, unless the paint is not very visible then I can see if I'm getting anywhere near to the target
I can see well enough to not put up with the discomfort of my glasses and goggles on my nose

Other choices are to get a pair for paintball - a small set of cheap glasses, and when buying your next glasses bring your goggles to try them together
But before you buy goggles try them on with glasses, either someone else's goggles, at the stall set at an event or find one of the shops around the uk
