There are so many spelling mistakes that piss me off more than they should. People using brought when they mean bought.

Spelling is so very, very important. Even if things sound pretty much identical, just change the spelling and it becomes stupid... For example, a catastrophe is a very sad thing to happen indeed. A cat-ass-trophy is....well....just plain weird.

Bonus points to whoever finds a picture of a cat-ass-trophy. And yes, I have one.
