etha battery to board trouble!

hi there guys!
I have recently looked at my etha board and the battery cable
came off at the board end i tried poking it back up into the holes but that
did not help I was wondering how to fix this! or if they just lie loose either way it won't turn on

Sounds like it needs soldering, if you know anyone into electronics get them to have a look at it. Otherwise send it into a shop/Eclipse I'm sure they'll sort you out

Hey mate. I'd highly recommend that you return it to eclipse. Especially, if it's still covered by your warranty. drop Rob,Nicky and co. an email at customerservice@planeteclipse.com and they'll talk you through the rest.
