First at all i cant do anything, because you send the item and only you can do something. you pay fees, not me. Even if i will call to customer serves i cant provide any information because you send it. I bring it now, because i was away from 01.10.2013-14.10.2013...So please call then and sort this out, i do not receive parcel or call card. What the point to me doing this after 3 weeks ? And B15 2DX its my post code, but its a Apartments. Also only you can ask for refund from them, if they make mistake. So its only up to you to help me. If you dont wish to help me, its very weird. Thanks

another point I would like to make is:

When I called the royal mail today they told me they attempted the delivery and J Boora collected it from the local branch. The only way they would have given the parcel to that person is by that person presenting to them the parcel collection slip and proof that that person is living at that address. So again it's up to you to contact them I have given you all the information mate........

Im not gonna argue with you. Seller most deal with delivery. And here is the process http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/claims-process-for-inland-items You can see its impossible to me to claim. If you are not a scam, you should claim that wrong person collect my parcel. I dont see a reason to not believe me. Its just pointless for me after such a long time. From what i see, you just try to go away with this problem and put it on me.

How do we know you're not scamming @p2nky?

I'm not saying either one of you is or is not, but the item has been paid for and delivered to the correct address. I'd suggest @p2nky that you start asking around your neighbours to see if someone collected it not knowing what it is or understanding where it came from? Perhaps the postman popped the delivery slip through the wrong door by accident.

@CL155OLD I suggest you call again and inform Royal mail that this is the possibility, if the name on the parcel was P2nky why was someone named Boora allowed to sign for it. If I recall correctly their policy is to ask for proof of ID along with the collection slip.
