Okay, only thing that I'd say is putting me off the trade is the additional stuff you'll get with the Ego 11 extra back and Dart Bolt, Spares, Lube. I've just checked on Dye and a DM Kit is about 60quid so maybe to make the trade somewhat equal, throw in £60 for the kit and I'm happy.
