Get paid about £6 per hour to play paintball with me

I have autism, i'm not normally sociable so I was given a benefit that's to be spent on a few things but mainly getting me out and about I get a budget of £107 a week for it with the money I can hire people to take me out to places and do things the job title of the person is a PA or personal assistant, the problem is that the PA gets paid £6 a hour but I have to pay £14.50 a hour because of tax and the companies infrastructure if I hired someone myself it would work out at about £6 or if I have to pay employers tax which i'm not sure on £10 £4 tax £6 for their wage dependent on how old they are, as well as the extra £8.50 per hour from taxes and the companies infrastructure I also have to pay for mileage 40p per mile the sites I go to are about 25 miles away so that's £20 as well as that they charge £6.50 for the drive from their office to my house and of course they do that twice so it's £13 every time, another issue is the PA's don't really want to do a full day of paintballing they think its some kind of sport that only gods or Olympic athletes can do for that length of time even though i'm always fine I always try to be the furthest up the field and I can run very fast when needed and i'm about 320lb and that's not muscle so yeah wimps.

So i'm looking for a personal assistant who likes paintball will accept minimum wage lives near Leicester and wont charge for mileage or other expenses, so you get to play paintball up to and possibly more than once a week and get paid about £6 per hour for doing so, I cant offer less than minimum wage obviously and I cant ask you to sneakily give me part of the money but within legal means feel free to give me a incentive as to why I should hire you for example you would allow me to use some of your gear, right now I just have cheap gear on par with rental stuff with the exception of a cheap thermal mask I got for £11.

I may go up to once every 3.9 days maybe more dependent on if we arrive or leave late the once every 3.9 days figure is from if you pick me up and drop me of in a 10 hour time frame, the hours are completely dependent on me though its not like we have to go once every week every week on the same day Saturday or Sunday or whatever with the company I have to give two days notice or they charge me for canceling but its your choice if you want to ask for that but I would be less likely to hire someone who does vs someone who doesn't, though I would try not to be a dick about it and tell you when I plan to play and only cancel if I have a good reason, and that would probably be on weekends if the place isn't to busy if it is I prefer week days I find new players generally cheat more and more the more players there are at some point a player cheats then because its such a large team no one can work out who it is then the other team cheats in revenge and soon enough most players are, though if i'm playing at a walk on game that shouldn't be an issue.

Don't be afraid to post if your hours aren't flexible or for any other reason it might be that no one else is available so I might still hire you occasionally or maybe I would want some variety so if I do hire you and you cant do a day or the trip to the field is further than you want to drive just say so and I will get someone else I don't want people to be discouraged.

I mainly play at rebel paintball the price I pay is £25 for entry plus 600 paintballs and lunch they can also refill HPA bottles we could also get better prices by negotiating at other venues, another field has offered me £45 for entry plus 2000 paintballs for the pa but not me and its a rental field not a walk on they also can refill HPA bottles, delta force have offered to price match rebel paintballs £25 deal and they also have there own deal £8 for entry plus 200 paintballs lunch not included, also delta force might be willing to price match the place that offered me entry plus 2000 paintballs for £45 for the pa, I likely could get other places to lower there prices for me if I become a regular at there venue.

Please specify if you want to be a pa or If on the other hand what your offering is for me to tag along with your team with me just paying the petrol money, if so I could do it before I work out how to hire someone though keep in mind that I do have a budget right now I can spend about £25 each time because my parents are willing to pay that much until my other benefits come in and then I have to pay for it myself but they will only be willing to pay for it once or twice a month so until I have my own pa or my other benefits come in I wont be able to go more than once or twice a month.

Another thing worth mentioning, The money I get is not money I can keep it's supposed to be spent on taking me out to do activities but for the most part I don't want to do the other activities they offer I only really like paintballing, the money can only be spent on working hours for the personal assistant paying for the mileage parking if they ask for that and £10 per week can be spent on their activity not mine if I go paintballing I have to pay for myself they get £10 of the price they pay to play of course the company wants to save cash so they will only do the deal for £8 from delta force for 200 paintballs I could wait a few weeks for the £10 to build up but that means I can only go once every 2.5 weeks or less so in multiple ways it would be better for me to hire someone who plays it as a hobby for one thing the company employees don't really want to do full days another is they probably wont want to do it on a regular bases they also get paid more because of the company infrastructure £14.50 per hour £6.00 going to the pa £4 for taxes and as I said £4.50 for the companies infrastructure whilst a pa of my choosing would be ether £6.00 without tax or £10 with tax per hour and the company asks for 40p per mile which adds up to about £20.00 there and back trip as well as £13 for the trip to my house and then the trip back to their office and it also means I can't go to any events that are father away.

And I know you guys are being nice not wanting to take advantage but It would actually work out better for me if I had a paintballer with me the companies pa's charge more and they wont be as good at playing they also wont have good equipment I could use and they may not want to share paintballs, a day out playing paintball with a pa would cost me £203 that's if its a 25 mile trip there and back and if I included the £13 there and back fee to their office and they pay £25 for the activity by me waiting 2.5 weeks for the £10 to add up to £25 I could also only go once every 17.5 days, with my own hired pa I could pay as low as £60 if I don't have to pay tax and they don't ask for fuel money or £10 for the activity I could also go as often as once every 3.9 days or more depending on how long we stay at the field if we arrive early late or just on time and if we leave right after the last game or hang out for a bit the £60 estimate obviously was for it if it took 10 hours from the point you picked me up to the point you dropped me of.

And Yeah the company pa's could just take me and they stay in the safe zone whilst I play And yeah some players will let me use there equipment but its rude to ask plus if I did that I couldn't share ammo plus I could only go once every 11.6 days if I hired a paintballer as a pa though They would likely be happy to share ammo I could probably use some of their spare equipment and I could go once every 3.9 days.

This might not be for a few months the PA system only just got implemented for me and it might be a good idea to stick with the company for a bit to get used to things and learn about the rules on hiring someone myself but I will let you know when I can actually do the personal assistant thing.

Also does anyone have any idea on how I can contact talkpaintball so I can set up a account with them again I forgot my password and they wont let me make another account because I already have a account linked to my IP.

If you want to contact me directly my email is resistence1993@mail.com
I wont say exactly where I live but I live in Sileby its about 7ish miles from Leicester.

Hey bud, of course I dont know your exact circumstances but personally Ild go about this another way. Im sure there's a number of local ballers that would gladly have an extra tag along for walk ons etc. A couple of quid petrol money if someone has to go out of their way should keep people sweet. Basically I would look for making a friend than having an employee. Unfortunately im not local otherwise you could gladly come along when I play next (which isn't often enough but thats another story).

Just my 2p.

I'll agree with Jimmy there, if it was me i'd say chuck some money in for petrol(if i had a car!) and just have a fun day. Keep the money for more walkons or save up! Now if you had to spend the money to actually pay someone. thats 2 boxes of paint ;)

I can't actually use the money on myself the budget can only be spent on mileage man hours tax and the activity the personal assistant is doing I have to pay for myself so it's not really my money, I think this would be a better way of doing it than just giving petrol money I mean I get to go paintballing with someone who will hopefully let me use some of the equipment they don't use and they get paid about £60 for a full days of playing paintball plus they get £10 the price because as I said £10 is specifically allocated to the activity, also some places are willing to give discounts for the personal assistant one place offered me a half price deal for the pa and some other places might be willing to do deals if I become a regular, I will update the thread to mention the fact that the money can't be spent on anything but having a personal assistant.

I'm not sure if I follow what you said was it get a friend to do it and split the cash? if so i'm pretty sure that's illegal and they would almost certainly take that benefit away from me for doing that and possible take away others as well as me getting something on my criminal record.

Of topic but the Thing is I can't handle more than about 2 or 3 hours of work a week I cant claim working tax credits for that little time so i'm going to be reliant on these benefits they also told me they will take away 80% of whatever I earn even if I get a part time job and possibly ether lower the amount of money I get for my benefits or cease them so there isn't much point.
