buying pb gear in the west midlands.

Hi all I have been looking into buying all my own gear but im abit weary about buying clothes online as im not sure on sizes and would prefer totry things on first. As for the marker I have my sights set on the etek4. Ive heard alot of reviews about it sounding like a cannon. Is this something that has put anyone off the marker? Im abit stumped on what air system to run. Does anybody know what the free air tank is that comes with the etek4 pro package on lips-paintballing.

I wouldn't stress about it being loud - there are very few situations it's a problem, and it's not THAT loud! I'd also give serious consideration to buying a marker secondhand - much cheaper than buying new and will save you a fortune! That said, if buying new, LIPs are a reputable shop and the bottle will be decent.
Clothing fit isn't vital - baggy is best...

Is there much that can be wrong with a marker. Knowing my luck id buy a dodgy one that don't fire.
Ive heard1- 2 sizes bigger on clothing. Is that about right.

Markers can go wrong - some more so than others - but buy a well known brand (Eclipse, Dye, Proto, Invert/Empire) from a well known seller on here and you'll have few problems.

You could goto NPF near Tamworth, to at least touch the markers bud. Sometimes you just fall for them..... lol
