I,ve been told that a few of the guys at the walk ons i go to wear boxes, is this the norm, and if so wheres the best place to buy one from? Thanks

Buy at sports shops, I have cricket shorts & box for when I do

i have eclipse slide shorts but the protection is minimal and cos they are tight they aint too friendly on sweat below, but better than nowt. looking at getting a box instead.

I use a pair of JT slide shorts - they have a thick foam pad where it matters. I've taken shots to it from close range, with only minor discomfort
I also play cricket, and tried a cricket box, but they tend not to stay put with all the contortions in paintball, especially sup'air. And if a solid plastic box slips out of place, you can suffer more damage than not wearing one, as the solid walls focus the impact...

To be honest mate if you are hanging out that much don't get a box spend the money on a pro clinic.

you never have?? you are very lucky. i have had multiple! however only 1 without slide shorts on, i learnt after the first one
