So my first purchase as my Mask and it should be everyones first purchase, so what else have a bought, well im not rich and cant afford to go out and just get everything so im slowly building it all up, after my mask, my next purchase was a hopper, i bought a Halo too 2nd hand for a very nice price, everyone says Rotar and ive played with Rotars and not yet had a go with my Halo too, so ill fill you in on my little review when i get the chance, but at the moment its all about playing paintball.

While getting the hopper i took advantage of the sale and also purchased from the same person, a pair of PE fingerless gloves, as there better than my delta force ones(sorry delta force) and a pod pack? i was going to go for a tac vest, but when actually playing at the walkon i prefered the pack, so i just need to get some pods :), ive also ordered a PE camo top with some padding, its on backorder at the mo but hope to get it soon, as wearing a bright blue addidas hoodie doesnt really help your cause when playing in the woods lol (look theres Bryan, shoot him).

my next purchase will be my air system, im going to go for this http://www.store.justpaintball.co.uk/air-co2/air/3000psi-0-8l-air-system.html cheap as chips and if i want carbon fibre, then i can get one later and I aint going to worry and cry over £35. once ive got the air system then i think ive got everything i need to fire a marker(ive even got paint left from the walkon) no point buying a marker until you have everything else needed to make it go :), so what marker im I likely to get well either a new Mini, or a 2nd hand mini, new etha, 2nd hand Etha, 2nd hand Ego, 2nd hand Etek, 2nd hand Axe or a 2nd Hand Dm, really have no idea, im not ready to buy anything yet, currently funds dont allow(new years resolution was to pay off all the debt, its hard going but getting there, so everything is cash :)) so ill just need to see whats around when im ready, No Paintball for me in September as work commitments are getting in the way, but fingers crossed for october ill have an air system and marker :)

ill keep my little post here updated as things progress

So It appears I have Lied :D, I said my next purchase would be an Air system, however i found myself with a little spare cash(wasnt expecting too) and had been watching a mini on here, so made an offer and hey presto its being posted out tomorrow, im very excited :), so my next purchase will be an air system as i cant use my new mini until i get one :), and while getting the tank, i will get some pods for my pod pack, as you cant go into battle with just the balls in your hopper :)(well you can but if you shoot like me then you will need more :)) due to work comitments im not going to get along to any paintball this month, but so looking forward to october, where fingers crossed i should hopefully get to a couple of walkons :) with my new equipment..

So my Mini arrived today, delighted with my purchase :). However i cant actually try it out because i havent purchsed and air system yet, so im just off the Just paintball website and ordered the 3k aluminium tank system, which for the money looks like a great purchase, ive ordered a barrel sock(because when i was at spc walkon they insisted i used one(quite right, saftey and all ;)) i ordered 4 pods, i chose 4 becuase thats all my pod pack can hold lol and a fluffy stick to clean out the etc, Ive still to get a pair of boots, as getting stuck in a bog aint much fun in trainers lol and ive got a bag to keep all my gear in, anything missing? reckon ill be good to go play some paintball when i get my delivery from just :)

Personally, I order a few more pots, a spare fluffy and a pull through to remove paint before fluffing. (the extra pods and fluffy are because you WILL lose them!)

Great set of posts Bryso - reminded me of my own enthusiasm when I first got into the game. I think you've made some smart purchases and would advise you to play for another 3-6 months before you get anything else. Like most hobbies, paintball can become all-consuming if you don't maintain a healthy balance of field-time vs shopping. The most fun you can have is doing exactly what you're doing now - Buy some gear and play for a while. You won't be out-gunned with the equipment you have at a recreational level, so have at 'er.
Would love to see you keep posting as your experience continues. I want to try to spot the exact time you turn into a 'gun-whore' like most people on here.
