Never really looked into buying new grips but how much are they?
Also is it possible to buy/fit inline reg grips?

By Inline reg grips, do you mean the style that the LV1 has?
If so, you can't fit them on the Etek 4, they fit the SL4 reg only.

As for regular handgrips, @STONESOLDIER, will have a price for you.

You get the exalt regulator grips. Check Lips or Just paintball or any other shops above.
