I wouldn't buy paintballs online. They might not be able to survive the transport. Just buy them at the event your playing at

Most event sites offer some sort of loyalty deal on paintballs if you attend two or more walkons in a row. Depending on how you play you may have paint left over and therefore build up a supply of paint the more you play

Your best bet then is probably through a forum. Like a previous poster mentioned paintballs don't tend to like being transported they break. And if one breaks it coats all the others and they all start to swell in size

If you can get in touch with a localish paintball shop they will usually do discount if you collect and become a regular customer, depends if you have the time to go and fetch them, if not I've used Justpaintball before, had four broken balls out of 8000 which isn't too bad really, just make sure if you do get broken balls you clean them all before using them, dont want any of the oil causing them to burst or jam.
