Is this tank UK Legal?

Hi Guys,

Considering picking up a 2nd hand air tank as mine needs retesting but only has 2 years left before end of life.

Can someone tell me if this tank is UK legal?

I dont see a PI marking on it, just a DOT. Which is what makes me sceptical.

Its not UK legal.
