TonTons shootin 353!!!!

Ok, so the TonTons have just had a gun chrono at 353Fps! (number 25 Voulot)

4 other guns were illegal and also 3 off Aftershock were Illegal!

Any ideas that might have caused the guns to spike that much as I really cant see this being done on purpose?? O-ring swell, Paint overbore???

its hot out and probably a bit humid over there so paint does swell up. however no gun should be shooting 353 just because of that.
