I'm sure somebody at npf could help u out buddy. You could ask the guys at eclipse on here in the planet eclipse section near the bottom of the forum they maybe able to talk you through fixing it? Worth a try mate.

This is more a npf membership question than diamond wars the highest membership does that include free diamond wars with paint ? And is all your paint at 45 a case if so I will def be getting that membership next year worth it just for dw events alone
