The markers can be tunred off and back on, clearing any previous trifger pull entry, and it will still ramp on the 2nd trigger pull

The earlier boards have a Ramping point , Shockwave have a Ramping point and a Ramping Sustain, Thanks F3Z I knew this but tried to set it via the board to 5, It should do as it`s told, my point is ... it doesn`t ??
As Blue says even with the redline, shockwave and optimus boards the marker will always ramp on the second pull no matter what the ramp start is set to, this has to be a tech issue with the boards.

One of our team mates has e-mailed John from KEE and waiting on a replay.

Has anyone tried factory resetting their board and then tried the millenium settings again just in case its some sort of software bug whereby the settings get corrupted under certain conditions and then cant be reset with the user interface even though the user interface indicates it is all correct?

It's not user error!
Myself and others have outlined the setup process for clarification and there's nothing wrong with how we're setting up our markers.
Actually get a problematic Mini/Axe in front of you and try it yourself before you talk down to us all. We're able to follow basic instructions... :/

I have, no reply as of yet.

You're bordering on being rude sunshine, calm down. It's an issue. I'm sure it will be resolved.

I doubt that Ainsley, or the Millennium are out to alienate Empire marker owners.

I can see a few people getting upset and being a bit defensive whilst reading this and I can to a degree understand this some of which will be out of sheer frustration in relation to reaching an accpetable solution. BUT if the refs are testing correctly (and I am not doubting them) AND the players are setting the boards up in accordance with the manufactures instructions (and I am not doubting them either) and there are still issues, then it will be neither parties fault! This was originally posted up in the KEE Action Sports section and I gather a few people have emailed so maybe (and easy for me to say as I am not directly affected) a little more patience on all sides whilst we await a reply from them? A number of owners appear to have set up there markers (as per the instructions) and have tested them in the same manner as the refs and are all getting the same results. What might be helpful at this point would be a video from someone with an Axe or Mini that is working correctly just to illustrated that the marker can be compliant. Is anyone able/prepared to do this?

I'll call John myself now and try to get to the bottom of this.

I've only just heard about all of this. My refs tell me it was only a few markers that had problems, which under normal circumstances would suggest user error (which i'm sure anyone could understand). However, as you say, there still seems to be an issue with some even when the boards are set as per factory recommendations for Millennium settings. I'm sure Empire will want to clarify and appease this situation as quickly as all of us and I'll see if I can push this along.
