Hi all,
I just have a few questions about playing in a tourney team.
At the moment I only play woodball, not for any choice reason, but just because its been easiest to get to.
I'm really interested in moving in the tournament side and really stepping up how much I play.
My problem is my work, I'm a lighting technician working in the music industry and hence have to go away at short notice for often weeks at a time. Its also difficult for me to commit to dates that are more than four weeks away.
I'm literally gagging to play more, I have the kit, I'm willing to drive, and I have enough money, I just need a way in - such as training.
my questions to the guy who are in teams:
- How often do you practice, and how important is it for you to make every practice session? - does work get in the way?
- Is it realist to be a 'part time' player for a team?
Thanks,
Tom.
