can i do 45 for the pants and arm pads. Bit more detail on the pants the lenght and waist. Any rips or tairs

Ive measured the pants outside leg is 45" long from the top to the very end of the pants, inside leg is 29" long, theres a slight tear in the groin which is 1cm long looks easy enough to stitch back up, and the very bottom of the pants are just starting to fray but again nothing to bad
