Im a newbie to this site and im very intrested in getting to know the sport more! Only 17 years of age and want to know more! Any tips would be grateful! I play when i can and prefer playing speedball although i do like woodsball alot. What do you prefer?

We refer to speedball as "sup-air" or "Tournament" there are three main types of these tournaments:

X ball, Formula 5 & 5 man.

Where abouts are you based? You have joined at the right time as the biggest tournament event of this country is this weekend in Basildon!
